Nathan Joshua is a Portfolio Manager in Fixed Income at Cumberland Investment Counsel Inc. (“CIC”). He joined in 2026 to manage fixed income holdings and alternative assets.  Prior to joining CIC, he spent 14 years at a federal crown corporation where he had extensive experience trading fixed income across numerous mandates and helped create real assets through public private partnerships.  Prior to that he was an economist at a Big Five investment bank focussing on fiscal issues and government debt. 

Mr. Joshua has nearly two decades of investment industry experience.  He has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from McGill University, he is a CFA® charterholder and also holds the FRM® designation.
